Roles & Responsibilities

1. Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.

2. Take customer orders accurately and process payments.

3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, equipment, and dining area.

4. Ensure food and beverage presentation meets quality standards.

5. Replenish stock and monitor inventory levels.

6. Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.

7. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.

8. Assist with opening and closing duties as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Female Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee, tea, and other beverages while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment

1. Previous experience as a Barista is preferred.

2. Knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso machines.

3. Good communication and customer service skills.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

5. Basic English communication skills.

6. Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

7. Positive attitude, well-groomed appearance, and team-oriented mindset.
