TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER

� Role Purpose
The Technical Project Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of infrastructure, network, and cybersecurity projects within the Technology & Smart Services (TSS) Division.
The role ensures successful execution of initiatives including AV upgrades, network modernization, data center enhancements, cloud projects, and security platform implementations in line with objectives, guidelines, and IT governance standards.

Key Responsibilities
� Project Delivery
Manage end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects including network refresh, AV upgrades, cloud migration, backup expansion, and security solutions (Palo Alto, F5, Cisco ISE, ExtraHop, Gigamon).
Oversee configuration, testing, deployment, and compliance with IT policies and standards.

� Governance & Quality
Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, ITSM (ISO 20000), and COBIT frameworks.
� Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Coordinate with Infrastructure, Security, Cloud, DX, PMO teams, and external vendors.
� Risk & Change Management
Manage project risks, issues, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
� Documentation & Handover
Ensure project documentation, licenses, warranties, and configurations are properly archived.
Coordinate operational readiness and transition to IT Operations and Support teams.
� Innovation & Digital Experience
Drive adoption of innovative technologies and digital solutions.
Enhance stakeholder experience through user-centric digital services.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology field.
�8–10 years managing infrastructure, network, and security projects in enterprise or government environments.
�Proven experience delivering multi-vendor datacenter, network, cybersecurity, and AV projects. �Experience working with architecture, security, and operations teams. Knowledge of waterfall and agile methodologies.
� Certifications / Tools PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner (mandatory). CCNP, CISSP, ITIL, VCP, or equivalent preferred. Experience with PMO365, MS Project, Azure DevOps, Freshservice, and ServiceNow.
� Competencies Strong understanding of network, security, AV, and infrastructure technologies. Excellent project planning, risk management, and vendor coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities.
