• Welcome members and guests with warmth, professionalism, and confidence • Create a seamless luxury hospitality experience across the workspace • Build strong relationships with members and understand their preferences • Handle concierge-style requests and provide thoughtful solutions • Coordinate meeting rooms, lounges, events, and day-to-day workspace readiness • Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, IT, café, and external vendors • Support member onboarding, invoicing coordination, CRM updates, and administration • Assist with networking events, founder breakfasts, workshops, and community activations • Represent the Company brand with discretion, sophistication, and professionalism

• 2–5 years of experience in hospitality, coworking, premium retail, luxury hotels, airlines, or guest relations • Excellent written and verbal communication. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Naturally welcoming, emotionally intelligent, and detail-oriented • Calm under pressure with a solution driven mindset • Conflict resolution skills. • Professional appearance and polished presentation • Comfortable working with VIP and HNWI clientele • Organized, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and booking platforms
