Roles & Responsibilities
Job Location: Dubai preferred / Arab nations who work remotely will be considered
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of sales experience
Employment Type: Commission-only / Performance-based
Monthly Earning Potential: AED 25,000 – AED 50,000 per month OTE
Commission Structure: AED 5,000 per successful sale
Key Responsibilities
Contact Arabic-speaking property owners by phone and WhatsApp
Follow up with warm leads from Facebook and Instagram campaigns
Prospect from property-owner lead lists and directories
Explain Finvarra Capital’s equity release and reinvestment solution clearly
Book qualified consultations with interested property owners
Handle objections related to trust, debt, banks, timing, documentation, family approval, and financial concerns
Maintain accurate CRM updates after every lead interaction
Manage a pipeline of warm, semi-warm, and cold leads
Follow up consistently until each lead is converted, disqualified, or moved into nurture
Track daily activity, conversations, follow-ups, consultations, and sales opportunities
Work independently while maintaining high accountability
Convert qualified opportunities into successful sales
Desired Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should be a fluent Arabic-speaking salesperson with strong English communication skills and at least 2 years of proven sales experience.
Preferred backgrounds include:
The candidate must be confident speaking with property owners, able to explain financial concepts professionally, and comfortable working in a performance-based sales environment.
Compensation and Benefits
This is a commission-only role with no base salary.
Compensation structure:
AED 5,000 commission per successful sale
Target: 5 to 10 successful sales per month
Expected OTE: AED 25,000 to AED 50,000 per month
