�Keystone Global Hiring: Property Consultants/ Team Leaders – Real Estate �
We're looking for driven and dynamic Sales Candidates to join our growing real estate brokerage team in Dubai.
� Location: Dubai
� Experience: 3 Months – 5 Years (Only Real Estate)
� Immediate joiners preferred
� Key Responsibility Areas (KRA):
Generate and qualify leads through Cold calls, networking, and referrals
Conduct property presentations, client meetings, and site visits
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property solutions
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in Dubai real estate brokerage
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
Ability to perform in a fast-paced, competitive environment
Excellent presentation and closing skills
