Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to safety standards, proactively identifying and eliminating bottlenecks.
• Develop and implement production schedules and workflows, adjusting plans as necessary based on resource availability and project timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of processes and timely delivery of products.
• Monitor production metrics and KPIs, using data analysis to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance overall productivity.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field is essential for a strong technical foundation.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production environment, with at least 3 years in a managerial role to demonstrate leadership capabilities.

• Certifications in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma are highly desirable, reflecting a commitment to process improvement and operational excellence.

• Experience in the specific industry of work, such as automotive, electronics, or consumer goods, is preferred to ensure relevant knowledge and expertise.
