Shell Home Real Estate LLC is expanding its team and is looking for ambitious, professional, and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agents to join our growing organization in Dubai.

We are seeking individuals who are passionate about real estate, possess excellent communication skills, and have experience in the UAE property market. Candidates with an existing property inventory and strong client networks will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage property sales leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and developers.
• Conduct property viewings and client consultations.
• Market and promote residential and commercial properties.
• Negotiate offers and close sales transactions professionally.
• Maintain accurate property listings and inventory records.
• Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and new project launches.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
