Roles & Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing to maintain supply chain velocity.
- Coordinate with carriers and vendors to schedule pickups and deliveries, negotiating rates and optimizing routes for cost savings and efficiency.
- Maintain and update inventory records with precision, conducting regular cycle counts and investigating discrepancies to ensure stock accuracy.
- Process and verify shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and customs forms, to ensure compliance and prevent delays.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Logistics or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a logistics, supply chain, or warehouse environment.
- Proficiency in using Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Strong understanding of shipping regulations, incoterms, and international trade documentation.
