Experience in scrap recycling industry
Experience in scrap handling, sorting, and segregation
Expertise in Production Planning and Scheduling
Ability to monitor and improve Plant productivity
Experience in handling Daily production targets
Strong knowledge of Industrial Machinery and tools used in Aluminum manufacturing
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing management, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for production principles.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating resilience and adaptability to changing production demands.
Excellent communication skills, ensuring clarity and transparency in all interactions with team members and stakeholders.
Additional Requirement:
