Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in preparing engineering drawings, layouts, and project documentation.
Support senior engineers in planning, surveying, and site execution activities.
Conduct basic calculations, measurements, and quality checks as required.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth project workflow.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, project specifications, and company procedures.
Participate in site visits, inspections, and progress reporting.
Perform other tasks as assigned to support project objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
Basic knowledge of engineering principles, construction materials, and structural concepts.
Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of STAAD/ETABS is a plus.
Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
