Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the Raw Mills and Roller Rooms, ensuring optimal production output and efficiency.
Monitor and troubleshoot equipment performance, implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime and maintain quality.
Develop and execute preventative maintenance schedules for critical machinery, extending equipment lifespan and reducing unexpected failures.
Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement in process efficiency and material flow.
Supervise the operation of raw material receiving, Raw Mills and cement grinding mills.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in cement plant operations, specifically with raw mills and grinding circuits.
Proven expertise in operating and maintaining large-scale industrial grinding equipment (e.g., Ball Mills, Vertical Roller Mills).
Strong understanding of raw material properties, comminution principles, and process optimization techniques.
