Job Purpose:Enable partnership governance and delivery by coordinating plans, MoUs, surveys and membership actions; aligning initiatives with RTA strategy; maintaining proactive partner communications and producing audit-ready reports that drive corrective actions and continuous improvement across sectors and agencies.


Roles and Responsibilities:• Support preparation and development of the Partnership Management System (policies, processes, frameworks and systems) and coordinate its implementation roadmap with institutions and sectors.• Translate RTA strategy into annual partnership plans, objectives and KPIs, ensuring alignment across agencies and sectors.• Coordinate partner identification with institutions/sectors to clarify objectives, mutual benefits and strategic fit.• Plan and roll out awareness and guidance on partnership requirements, procedures and MoU protocols to internal stakeholders and representatives.• Administer implementation of the partnership system; track milestones and submit periodic progress and compliance reports.• Coordinate partner-satisfaction surveys; analyze results, develop corrective actions with partnership representatives, follow up closures and issue regular status reports.• Prepare and route MoU/partnership requests per approved procedures; liaise with concerned departments for reviews and approvals.• Coordinate the preparation and annual review of relationship-management plans with sectors (goals, added value, risks and mitigations). 


Education


# Bachelor / Higher Diploma in Business Administration, Public Relations from a recognized university .
