Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Cloud Platform Lead to drive the delivery, governance, and operational excellence of enterprise AI and cloud platform initiatives. This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, translating strategic objectives and business requirements into actionable technical workstreams that can be efficiently executed and tracked.

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise in cloud platforms, AI/ML ecosystems, platform engineering, and enterprise architecture with exceptional stakeholder management and delivery leadership skills. The individual will be responsible for ensuring that platform initiatives are delivered securely, efficiently, and in compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.

Experience in highly regulated industries such as banking and financial services, along with exposure to SOC/NOC operations, is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Leadership & Delivery Management

Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI and cloud platform initiatives across multiple teams and business units. Translate business requirements into structured technical deliverables, user stories, epics, and implementation plans. Define priorities, ownership, dependencies, and delivery timelines for engineering teams. Drive execution through agile methodologies and delivery frameworks. Ensure platform initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. Establish governance frameworks to monitor progress, risks, and delivery outcomes.

AI & Cloud Platform Strategy

Support the development and execution of enterprise AI and cloud platform strategies. Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to design scalable, secure, and resilient cloud-native solutions. Enable adoption of AI/ML platforms, MLOps frameworks, and enterprise data services. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to platform capabilities. Ensure platform scalability, reliability, and operational excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in cloud platform leadership or technical delivery management roles. Strong experience managing enterprise-scale cloud transformation initiatives. Proven experience translating business requirements into technical execution plans. Hands-on understanding of AI/ML platforms and cloud-native architectures. Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and delivery management frameworks. Expertise in delivery and collaboration tools such as: Jira Confluence Azure Dev Ops Service Now
