We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Leasing Executive to join our growing real estate team in the UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for managing leasing activities across diverse property types including apartments, warehouses, and self storage facilities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a strong knowledge of the real estate market, and a proactive approach to securing and maintaining tenant relationships. Responsibilities: - Identify and attract potential tenants for various property types including apartments, warehouses, and self storage units. - Conduct property viewings and effectively communicate the features and benefits to prospective clients. - Negotiate lease terms and conditions in alignment with company policies and market standards. - Prepare and process leasing documentation ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company standards. - Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market trends, rental rates, and competitor offerings. - Build and nurture long-term relationships with tenants to encourage lease renewals and referrals. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for promoting available properties. - Manage tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure tenant satisfaction and retention. - Maintain accurate records of leasing activities and report regularly to management.

- Proven experience as a Leasing Executive or similar role within real estate, preferably in apartments, warehouses, or self storage sectors. - Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele. - Excellent knowledge of the UAE real estate market and regulatory environment. - Self-motivated with a target-driven approach and excellent organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in MS Office and property management software is a plus. - Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
