Roles & Responsibilities
Handle all government-related transactions and approvals.
Process employment visas, labor cards, Emirates ID applications, and renewals.
Liaise with government departments, ministries, immigration authorities, and free zones.
Manage company licensing, renewals, permits, and legal documentation.
Prepare, translate, review, and submit official Arabic correspondence and documents.
Monitor regulatory updates and ensure company compliance with UAE laws and regulations.
Coordinate with HR and management regarding employee documentation and government requirements.
Maintain accurate records of all company and employee-related government transactions.
Requirements
Minimum 5-15 years of UAE experience as a PRO.
Mandatory ability to read, write, and speak Arabic fluently.
Good command of English.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, immigration procedures, and government portals.
Experience dealing with MOHRE, GDRFA, Emirates ID, municipalities, and other government entities.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven experience in handling government relations and administrative processes.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
