Roles & Responsibilities
HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner): Strategic HR professional partnering with business leaders to drive talent management, employee engagement, and organizational performance.
Sr. HR Executive: Experienced HR professional managing recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
HR Assistant: Supports daily HR activities including recruitment coordination, employee records management, and administrative HR tasks.
HR Coordinator: Coordinates HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and internal HR communications.
HR Intern: Assists the HR team with administrative tasks, recruitment support, and learning core HR processes in a professional environment.
HR Administrator (Documentation): Responsible for maintaining accurate HR records, employee documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner) Qualification & Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR or related field with 6–10 years of HR experience, strong business partnering skills, knowledge of UAE labour law, and ability to manage employee relations and HR strategy.
Sr. HR Executive Qualification & Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR or Business Administration with 4–7 years of HR experience, strong recruitment and employee relations skills, and knowledge of HR operations and labour law compliance.
HR Assistant Qualification & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business Administration with 1–3 years of HR experience, good organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation.
HR Coordinator Qualification & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field with 2–4 years of experience in HR coordination, recruitment support, onboarding, and HR administrative processes.
HR Intern Qualification & Requirements: Recent graduate or final-year student in HR/Business Administration with good communication skills and willingness to learn HR processes.
HR Administrator (Documentation) Qualification & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with 2–4 years of experience in HR documentation, employee records management, visa/labour documentation, and strong attention to detail.
