Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners, to foster long-term business engagements.
  • Track and report on sales metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and strategic planning.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system to support effective follow-up and pipeline management.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of products and services.

Desired Candidate Profile

Roles and Responsibilities:

  •  Identify and develop new business opportunities in FMCG, bottled water, food, and beverage markets. 

  •  Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, supermarkets, retail chains, and corporate clients. 

  •  Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by management. 

  •  Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, pricing trends, and new market opportunities. 

  •  Develop sales strategies to increase product distribution and market share. 

  •  Generate leads through field visits, networking, client meetings, and business presentations. 

  •  Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements with clients and distributors. 

  •  Coordinate with production, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely product delivery. 

  •  Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve client complaints or service issues effectively. 

  •  Prepare sales reports, forecasts, customer feedback reports, and market analysis for management review. 

  •  Maintain strong knowledge of company products, promotions, and industry trends. 

  •  Support marketing activities, promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and brand awareness programs. 

  •  Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and merchandising in retail outlets. 

  •  Follow up on payments, outstanding balances, and account reconciliations with customers. 

  •  Develop and maintain long-term business partnerships to increase repeat business. 

  •  Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements. 

  •  Monitor sales performance and suggest improvements for business growth and profitability. 

  •  Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer database, and pipeline opportunities. 


Requirements:

  •  Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within FMCG, bottled water, food, or beverage industry. 

  •  Strong knowledge of UAE market and distribution channels preferred. 

  •  Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. 

  •  Ability to achieve targets and work under pressure. 

  •  Strong presentation and analytical skills. 

  •  Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 

  •  Valid UAE Driving License preferred. 

  •  Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
