Position summary
Support all recreation and adventure activities on the property, including pools, fitness, kids club, biking, and desert experiences. Inform, upsell, and schedule guests for activities while ensuring a safe, engaging, and enjoyable environment. Have worked previously with wildlife and conservation (e.g., Arabian Oryx and desert gazelles), operate confidently in desert conditions, and deliver core activities (such as stargazing, hiking, biking, driving, wildlife feeding, bird watching, archery) within three months. Maintain facilities, support events, conduct activities, and perform cashiering duties when required.

Qualifications
Preferred
Diploma or experience in recreation, conservation, hospitality, or outdoor environments
Required
CPR & First Aid certification
UAE manual driving license with 4x4 experience
Relevant recreation/outdoor experience
Good English communication and reading skills
Ability to manage multiple activities
Comfortable working in desert and with wildlife
