Roles & Responsibilities
Operate silk screen printing machines for perfume bottles and packaging items.
Operate and maintain screen and hot stamping machines, ensuring precise application of inks, foils, and decorative elements onto various substrates.
Set up and calibrate machines according to job specifications, including selecting appropriate screens, dies, inks, and foil types.
Monitor production runs, making real-time adjustments to speed, temperature, pressure, and registration to maintain quality standards and minimize waste.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery, identifying and resolving mechanical or electrical issues to prevent downtime.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in printing or manufacturing is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience operating screen and/or hot stamping machines in a production environment.
- Proven ability to read and interpret job orders, technical drawings, and production specifications.
- Proficiency in setting up, operating, and troubleshooting screen printing and hot stamping equipment.
