Position: HR Generalist – Talent Acquisition Focus Industry: Real Estate Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of HR experience in the Real Estate industry (mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:???? Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.???? Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions across the organization.???? Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and create accurate job descriptions.???? Source candidates through job portals, Linked In, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.???? Conduct initial interviews and coordinate subsequent interview rounds.???? Maintain and build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.???? Prepare offer letters, manage negotiations, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.???? Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring reports.???? Support employee engagement initiatives and assist with other HR operations as needed.
Qualifications:✔ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. ✔ Minimum 3 years of hands-on HR experience in the Real Estate sector, with significant exposure to recruitment and talent acquisition. ✔ Proven experience in hiring for sales, leasing, property management, engineering, and corporate roles within real estate is preferred. ✔ Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, Linked In Recruiter, and job portals. ✔ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. ✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
