The Role This is NOT a passive retail role. We are looking for a serious, high-performing corporate professional who combines deep technical immigration expertise with a powerful drive for consultative sales. You will guide candidates through embassy/consulate frameworks while actively convincing and closing them for international opportunities. Key Responsibilities Immigration Expertise: Clarify doubts regarding embassies, consulates, and visa procedures. Proactive Sales: Actively pitch, handle objections, and convince candidates under pressure. Operations: Manage executive-level email correspondence and build structured pipeline trackers. Non-Negotiable Requirements Proven Experience: Direct background as an Immigration Consultant AND in proactive sales/recruitment. (Passive over-the-counter retail experience will not be considered). Language: Native or Professional in Tagalog, Excellent written and spoken English. Skills: Excellent pipeline tracking, corporate emailing, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
