Your Role As a Leasing Executive, you will be at the forefront of tenant engagement and revenue generation, ensuring spaces are activated with the right mix of tenants while delivering a seamless leasing experience.
Key Responsibilities Execute and finalize lease agreements in line with company policies and commercial strategies. Drive specialty leasing initiatives (kiosks, pop-ups, promotional spaces) to maximize short-term revenue. Manage leasing inquiries professionally, ensuring a high level of responsiveness and service. Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Property Management teams to ensure smooth lease execution and compliance. Maintain accurate leasing records, trackers, and documentation. Support negotiations, renewals, and amendments to achieve optimal commercial outcomes. Conduct market research to identify new leasing opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. Build strong relationships with tenants, brokers, and stakeholders to enhance tenant retention. Proactively monitor lease expiries, renewals, and vacancies to maintain high occupancy levels. Ensure all leasing activities comply with local regulations and internal standards.
What We’re Looking For Emirati ????????2–5 years of experience in leasing, real estate, or property management Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills Solid understanding of leasing agreements and commercial terms Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
