Startup Leadership Responsibility
This position is a key member of the core start-up leadership team and will play a pivotal role in establishing the AMO facility through to full operational readiness. The incumbent will lead the development and implementation of the Quality Management System framework, secure regulatory approvals, and establish manuals, processes, audit structures, and a strong compliance culture in full alignment with the requirements of the General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA).
Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance
Establish and maintain an independent Quality Assurance/Compliance Monitoring System.
Ensure all activities comply with the MOE and regulatory requirements.
Provide compliance reports to the Accountable Manager.
Maintain independence from production functions.
Audit & Evaluation
Develop and manage an annual audit programme.
Conduct system, process, and product audits.
Present audit findings and improvement recommendations.
Ensure timely closure of findings.
Non-Conformance & Corrective Action
Documentation Control
Maintain MOE, Quality Manual, procedures, forms, and records.
Ensure revision control and proper retention.
Training & Human Factors
Regulatory Interface
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent aviation qualification.
8–10+ years aviation experience with 5+ years in Part-145 quality roles.
Lead Auditor certification desirable.
