Roles & Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage and monitor parking areas, ensuring smooth traffic flow and optimal space utilization.
- Conduct regular inspections of parking structures, identifying and reporting any structural damage or safety hazards.
- Perform routine maintenance on parking equipment, such as boom gates, ticket dispensers, and payment machines.
- Install, repair, and replace various types of ceiling tiles, ensuring a neat and professional finish.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Have at least 1-2 years of demonstrable experience in facility maintenance or construction, with a focus on ceiling work.
- Familiarity with basic plumbing and electrical systems is a plus for parking shed equipment.
- Proficiency in using hand tools (hammers, screwdrivers) and power tools (drills, saws) for installation and repair.
