Role Overview:As a Developer agent at fäm Master Agency, you will play a key role in guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, or investing in properties in Dubai. Your day-to-day will involve:Meet with clients to understand their needs and preferences Stay up to date with market trends to provide accurate, data-driven advice Match clients with suitable properties and provide them with all the data to best meet their needs. Negotiate terms and conditions of sales contracts on behalf of clients Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy and legal compliance of all required documentation Facilitate the signing process and manage paperwork through to deal closure Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, property owners, and industry professionals
Requirements:Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles (real estate experience is a plus, but not required) UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred) Professional appearance and client-focused attitude Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage) Strong interest in building a career in Dubai’s real estate market Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Confident, proactive, and driven by performance and targets
