Key Responsibilities
• Source products and obtain quotations from suppliers.
• Compare supplier offers and negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
• Prepare sales quotations and offers for customers.
• Follow up on sales and close the deals when needed
• Issue purchase orders and coordinate order execution.
• Follow up with suppliers regarding production and shipment schedules.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and logistics providers.
• Prepare and review shipping documents including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, and related trade documents.
• Coordinate bank documentation and payment processes including LC, TT, and other trade finance transactions.
• Monitor shipment departures, arrivals, customs clearance, and delivery status.
• Follow up on customer payments and supplier payments.
• Maintain regular communication with suppliers, customers, banks, and logistics partners.

.Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years experience in international trading, procurement, logistics, or import/export operations.
• Strong understanding of shipping documents and international trade procedures.
• Experience dealing with freight forwarders, shipping companies, and banks.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Fluent in English. Additional languages are an advantage.
