Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a talented and result-oriented Business Development Head to support the growth of ZalePro Soft Solutions FZE LLC and its software products, including ZalePro SaaS, ZalePro QR Menu, Shravz AI App, and Shravz Matrimony.
The selected candidate will be responsible for business development, sales, promotion, content creation, customer communication, and lead generation across UAE and India markets.
Key responsibilities include:
Generate leads and close sales for our software products.
Contact restaurants, businesses, communities, and potential customers.
Promote ZalePro QR Menu to restaurants and food businesses.
Promote ZalePro SaaS website solutions to small and medium businesses.
Support promotion activities for Shravz AI App and Shravz Matrimony.
Create promotional posters, banners, and social media creatives using Canva.
Create basic reels, short videos, and marketing content.
Handle WhatsApp marketing, social media outreach, and direct customer communication.
Arrange product demos and follow up with interested customers.
Maintain daily lead, sales, and follow-up reports.
Coordinate with the founder regarding pricing, offers, customer requirements, and marketing plans.
Build and manage future promoters, contributors, or sales partners when required.
Work consistently with a startup mindset and take ownership of growth targets.
This is a remote + occasional office work role. Daily office attendance is not mandatory in the initial stage, but the candidate should be available for meetings, demos, and important discussions when required.
Initial compensation will be performance-based. The selected candidate will receive 20% commission from approved collected sales revenue, capped at 5,000 AED per month during the initial trial period. Fixed salary, visa, and employee benefits may be considered later based on performance and company revenue stability.
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong communication and business development skills.
Good sales and customer follow-up ability.
English communication is required.
Tamil, Malayalam, and Hindi language knowledge will be an added advantage.
Canva design knowledge is required.
Basic video editing and reel creation knowledge is preferred.
Good understanding of social media promotion and digital marketing.
Ability to create posters, promotional content, and simple marketing videos.
Must be consistent, disciplined, and result-oriented.
Should be comfortable working in a startup environment.
Should be able to work remotely and attend office/meetings when required.
Must be willing to work on a performance-based model during the initial stage.
Prior experience in software sales, digital marketing, restaurant sales, app promotion, or SaaS product sales will be an advantage.
Candidate should be interested in long-term growth with the company and capable of growing into a leadership role based on performance.
