Roles & Responsibilities
Manage office documentation, filing systems, and document control processes.
Handle company emails and coordinate correspondence with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal departments.
Review RFPs, project specifications, drawings, and technical requirements.
Prepare quotations, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and material cost estimates.
Review contracts and identify discrepancies, risks, or clarification requirements.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely submission of technical and commercial documentation.
Support engineering and construction teams with administrative and project-related documentation.
Maintain accurate records and ensure all documents are updated and properly archived.
Ensure confidentiality and professional communication in all business interactions.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or MEP Engineering.
2–5 years of experience in construction, MEP, or engineering administration.
Strong ability to review technical documents, drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
Experience in preparing quotations, BOQs, and material estimates.
Good understanding of MEP systems, construction processes, and building materials.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; AutoCAD knowledge is an added advantage.
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
UAE experience is preferred.
