Roles & Responsibilities
- Design HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency for building projects.
- Conduct detailed calculations and simulations to size equipment and predict system behavior, guaranteeing accurate and reliable designs.
- Prepare technical specifications, drawings, and reports, communicating designs clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers throughout the project lifecycle, fostering seamless project execution.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, demonstrating a strong foundation in engineering principles.
- Holds a Professional Engineer (PE) license or is actively pursuing licensure, showcasing a commitment to professional standards.
- Has 5+ years of experience in MEP design, offering a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Demonstrates proficiency in relevant software like AutoCAD, Revit, and other building simulation tools, ensuring efficient design processes.
