We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth across the GCC region (excluding Saudi Arabia) for a leading global provider of corporate learning solutions and professional certifications.
This role focuses on expanding enterprise partnerships, increasing adoption of workforce development programs, and building a strong regional presence across key markets including UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain.

Description
Business Growth & Revenue Generation
* Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets
* Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within enterprise, government, and education sectors
* Drive demand for corporate training programs, digital learning solutions, and professional certifications
* Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and networking
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
* Establish and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders (HR leaders, L&D heads, CXOs)
* Understand client workforce development needs and align solutions accordingly
* Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and tailored solutions to clients
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Partnership Development
* Build strategic partnerships with local training providers, channel partners, and resellers
* Collaborate with ecosystem partners to expand market reach
* Develop joint go-to-market initiatives to accelerate growth
Market Intelligence & Strategy
* Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs across GCC markets
* Provide insights to shape product positioning and commercial strategy
* Identify new verticals and emerging opportunities for expansion
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with marketing, product, and delivery teams to align on campaigns and offerings
* Support localization of solutions for regional relevance
* Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, events, and industry forums

Experience
* 5-10 years of experience inB2B sales/business development, preferably in:
* Corporate training / L&D solutions
* Professional certifications
* EdTech (corporate only) or skills development
* Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in the GCC region
