Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain robust server infrastructure (physical and virtual) ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
• Manage and troubleshoot network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points to guarantee seamless connectivity.
• Administer and secure cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) focusing on cost optimization and adherence to best practices.
• Develop and execute comprehensive backup and disaster recovery strategies to safeguard critical business data.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• 5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Systems Administration, or End-User Support.

• Strong hands-on experience with:

• Microsoft 365 Administration

• Azure Cloud Services

• Windows Server & Desktop Administration

• Network Infrastructure (Switches, Firewalls, Wireless Networks)

• Endpoint Management and Security

• Backup and Recovery Solutions

• IT Asset Management

• Service Desk and ITSM Tools

• Good understanding of cybersecurity principles, ISO 27001, and IT governance frameworks.

• Experience with troubleshooting enterprise infrastructure and performing root cause analysis.

• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft, Azure, ITIL, Cisco, CompTIA Security+, or ISO 27001 will be an advantage.

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to Zero Trust Architecture concepts.

• Experience supporting cloud transformation and cybersecurity initiatives.

• Experience working with audits, compliance programs, and regulatory frameworks.

• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and support multiple stakeholders.
