Roles & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end nursery projects from planning to completion.
Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.
Lead meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and management presentations.
Monitor project budgets, costs, invoicing, and financial performance.
Ensure timely procurement and availability of nursery materials, plants, and resources.
Supervise nursery operations, maintenance, irrigation, and landscaping activities.
Manage project risks and resolve operational challenges effectively.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and HSE regulations.
Lead and mentor nursery staff, supervisors, and site teams.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on project progress, financial status, and KPIs.
Coordinate with finance, procurement, logistics, and other departments for smooth project execution.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Landscape Management, or a related field.
Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) is an advantage.
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in nursery, landscaping, or horticulture project management.
Experience managing large-scale commercial or government landscape projects is preferred.
