توفير الحوكمة الطبية والسريرية الشاملة لخدمات الرعاية الصحية المنزلية
ضمان الامتثال الكامل للوائح ومعايير هيئة الصحة دبي (DHA)
تطوير ومراجعة وتنفيذ السياسات السريرية والبروتوكولات ومسارات الرعاية
الإشراف ودعم الأطباء والممرضين والمعالجين والكوادر الصحية المساندة
مراقبة الجودة السريرية وسلامة المرضى وإدارة المخاطر
قيادة عمليات التدقيق، ومراجعات الحوادث، ومبادرات التحسين المستمر للجودة
العمل كنقطة الاتصال الطبية الأساسية مع السلطات التنظيمية
الملف المرشح المطلوب
MBBS مع/بدون مؤهل دراسي إضافي (MD / MS / MRCP / طب الأسرة / الطب الباطني أو تخصص ذو صلة)
رخصة DHA سارية أو أهلية للحصول عليها
خبرة سريرية لا تقل عن 1-3 سنوات، مع وجود قيادي أو إشرافي مفضل
خبرة سابقة في الرعاية الصحية المنزلية أو الرعاية الأولية أو الخدمات المجتمعية تعتبر ميزة
معرفة قوية بلوائح DHA والحكومة السريرية وسلامة المرضى
مهارات قيادية واتصال واتخاذ قرار ممتازة
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide overall medical and clinical governance for home healthcare services
Ensure full compliance with Dubai Health Authority (DHA) regulations and standards
Develop, review, and implement clinical policies, protocols, and care pathways
Supervise and support physicians, nurses, therapists, and allied healthcare staff
Monitor clinical quality, patient safety, and risk management activities
Lead audits, incident reviews, and continuous quality improvement initiatives
Act as the primary medical point of contact with regulatory authorities
Desired Candidate Profile
MBBS with/without postgraduate qualification (MD / MS / MRCP / Family Medicine / Internal Medicine or related specialty)
Valid DHA license or eligibility to obtain one
Minimum 1-3 years of clinical experience, with leadership or supervisory exposure preferred
Prior experience in home healthcare, primary care, or community-based services is an advantage
Strong knowledge of DHA regulations, clinical governance, and patient safety
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
