الدور:
الإشراف على العمليات التداولية في قسم المبيعات لتحقيق معايير التداول في الشركة من خلال تنفيذ والحفاظ على سياسة التداول وخطط التخطيط في جميع قنوات التجارة.
لكي تكون ناجحاً في هذا الدور، يجب أن تمتلك ما يلي:
- دبلوم كلية.
- سنتان من الخبرة الإشرافية في بيئة مبيعات مركبات FMCG مماثلة.
- القدرة على الكلام والكتابة والقراءة باللغة الإنجليزية بطلاقة.
- رخصة قيادة.
- الكفاءات مثل: التخطيط والتنظيم؛ إدارة الوقت؛ طبع جيد؛ الاستماع النشط؛ علاقة/تركیز العملاء؛ المعرفة بعلامات العرض/التخطيط؛ إدارة مساحة رفوف؛ التقارير والتغذية الراجعة.

The Role:
To supervise merchandising operation in sales division to achieve company Merchandising standards by implementing & maintaining the company merchandising policy & Planogram in all trade channels.
To be successful in this role, you must have the following:
- College diploma.
- 2 years supervisory experience in similar FMCG van sales environment.
- Ability to speak, write and read English fluently.
- Driving license.
- Competencies such as; Planning & organizing skills; Time management; Good temperament; Active listening; Customer relation/ focus; Knowledge of displays/ Planogram; Shelf space management; Reporting & feedback.
