Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate assigned construction projects and monitor progress.

  • Handle shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, and consultant approvals.

  • Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and contract requirements.

  • Coordinate with site teams, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.

  • Prepare project reports, maintain documentation, and track project status.

  • Follow up on procurement activities, material approvals, and deliveries.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

  • Minimum 5 years of UAE construction experience with a Main Contractor.

  • Strong knowledge of project coordination, technical submissions, and construction documentation.

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and MS Project.

  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

  • UAE Driving License and immediate availability will be an advantage.
