Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate assigned construction projects and monitor progress.
Handle shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, and consultant approvals.
Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and contract requirements.
Coordinate with site teams, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Prepare project reports, maintain documentation, and track project status.
Follow up on procurement activities, material approvals, and deliveries.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of UAE construction experience with a Main Contractor.
Strong knowledge of project coordination, technical submissions, and construction documentation.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and MS Project.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
UAE Driving License and immediate availability will be an advantage.
