Key Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare accurate cost estimates for interior fit-out, joinery, MEP, and civil works. Analyze tender documents, drawings, and BOQs for pricing. Source quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. Prepare detailed cost breakdowns and value engineering proposals. Coordinate with design and project teams for technical clarifications. Track project budgets, cost variations, and support in final negotiations. Maintain updated database of material, labor, and subcontractor rates.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.3–5 years’ estimation experience in Dubai interior fit-out/joinery sector. Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and Dubai market rates. Proficiency in MS Excel, Auto CAD, and estimation software. Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
