Role Purpose Support the commercial and contractual management of construction projects through accurate quantity take-offs, and valuation of works. This role involves assisting in the preparation of take-off quantities and maintaining proper cost documentation in coordination with other site and commercial teams. Key Accountabilities Prepare quantity take-offs in accordance with drawings and specifications. Participate in the evaluation of subcontractor and supplier invoices. Assist in preparing Payment interim and commercial documentation. Collaborate with planning, procurement, and site teams to ensure cost efficiency. Maintain well-documented records for contractual purposes. Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills Bachelor’s degree in civil, Mechanical or Electrical engineering, or Construction Management. Minimum 1 year of experience in quantity surveying roles within the Egyptian construction industry. Good knowledge of standard forms of contracts (e.g., FIDIC). Proficiency in Auto CAD and MS Excel. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Good communication and organizational abilities. Proficient in English
