Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Broker role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Real Estate Broker will manage property listings, conduct market research, and advise clients on buying, selling, and leasing real estate.
Responsibilities include meeting with prospective clients, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers and contracts, and ensuring all documentation complies with local regulations. The role also involves coordinating with Developers and property management, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, and providing ongoing customer support to foster client trust and repeat business.
Qualifications Possession of a valid Real Estate License Proficiency in Real Estate and Sales Strong Customer Service skills Knowledge of Real Property regulations and guidelines Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Have a driving license.
