We are seeking a Senior SAP Delivery & Solutions Manager to lead end-to-end SAP program delivery while driving innovative, business-aligned solutions. This role combines strategic leadership, technical oversight, and client engagement, ensuring successful execution of complex SAP transformation initiatives across multiple industries. Key Responsibilities Delivery Leadership Lead large-scale SAP transformation programs (S/4HANA, ECC upgrades, greenfield/brownfield implementations). Ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery across multiple concurrent projects. Establish and enforce delivery governance, PMO frameworks, and best practices. Solution Design & Architecture Oversee end-to-end SAP solution design aligned with business objectives. Provide guidance on SAP architecture, integrations, and cloud strategies (SAP BTP, RISE with SAP, etc.). Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards. Client & Stakeholder Management Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and executives. Lead workshops, solution discussions, and executive presentations. Drive business value realization and continuous client satisfaction. Team Leadership Manage and mentor cross-functional SAP teams (Functional, Technical, Basis, Integration). Build high-performing teams and foster a collaborative, delivery-focused culture. Support resource planning, capability development, and performance management. Pre-sales & Business Development Contribute to RFPs, proposals, and solutioning activities. Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding SAP engagements. Partner with sales teams to shape winning solutions. Key Requirements12+ years of SAP experience with at least 5+ years in leadership roles. Proven track record in delivering complex SAP programs (S/4HANA preferred). Strong expertise across SAP functional domains (FI/CO, MM, SD, etc.) and integration. Experience with SAP cloud offerings (RISE, BTP) is highly desirable. Solid understanding of enterprise architecture, integration, and digital transformation. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (C-level exposure). PMP, SAP certifications, or equivalent are a plus. Preferred Skills Experience in government or large enterprise transformation programs. Exposure to Agile/Hybrid delivery models. Strong commercial acumen with budget and P&L awareness.
