Academic Qualifications:
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Finance or Accounting or Economics or a related field

Experience:

• Experience of at least 12 years with a Master’s degree

• Experience of at least 14 years with a Bachelor's degree

Professional Certifications:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA Level 3) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA).

• Strong background in managing and improving business processes.

• Ability to coordinate financial activities and align stakeholders with strategic goals.

• Skill in financial modeling and forecasting to support strategic decisions.

• Familiarity with governance, risk management and enterprise compliance requirements.

• Experience in planning and implementing internal audit operations and applying financial controls.

• Efficiency in costing accounting and services pricing methodologies.

• Mastery of managing financial guarantees and insurance instruments.

• Skill in preparing financial reports, performance analysis, and generating analytical insights.
