المسؤوليات:
تقييم الأداء الأكاديمي للطلاب واحتياجاتهم والتبليغ عنها من خلال الاختبارات.
التواصل بوضوح مع سياسات وإجراءات المدرسة مع أولياء الأمور والموظفين لضمان تشغيل المدرسة بفعالية.
العمل مع موظفي المدرسة بما في ذلك المستشارين والمعلمين و/أو الإدارة للمساعدة في تسهيل تقدم الطلاب.
متطلبات إضافية:
يجب أن يمتلك المرشح معرفة جيدة بالحاسوب مع MS Office وجدولة الجداول الدراسية.
المؤهلات:
بكالوريوس/ماجستير في (التاريخ/العلوم السياسية/الجغرافيا/الرياضيات/العلوم) مع B.Ed. (توحيد الشهادات ضروري).
خبرة تدريس ذات صلة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات وأكثر من 3 سنوات من القيادة. الخبرة السابقة في نفس المنصب تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
من mandatory أن تكون خبرة منها في مناهج CBSE وسياسات وإجراءات CBSE ذات صلة مطلوبة.
يجب أن تكون الشهادات مصدقة ولديهم رخصة تدريس سارية أو موافقة من MOE فيما يخص كونه مشرفاً أو منسقاً.
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Looking for a candidate who has relevant experience as a middle and secondary school supervisor in CBSE schools.
Desired Candidate Profile
Responsibilities:
Assess and report student academic performance and needs through testing.
Clearly communicate school policies and procedures to parents and staff to ensure effective running of the school.
Work with school personnel including counselors, teachers and/or administration to help facilitate student progress.
Additional Requirements:
Candidate must possess good computer knowledge with MS Office and Timetable scheduling.
Qualification:
BA/ MA in (History/Political Science/Geography/Mathematic/Science) with B.Ed. (Equalization of certificates need to be done).
At least 5 years relevant teaching experience and over 3 years of leadership experience. Previous experience in the same role is an added advantage.
Experience of the CBSE Curriculum and CBSE related policies and procedures is mandatory.
Degrees must be attested and hold a valid teaching license or approval from MOE with regards to being a supervisor or coordinator.
