Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform complex troubleshooting and diagnostics on a variety of crushing equipment, including cone crushers, jaw crushers, and impact crushers, to identify and resolve mechanical and operational issues.
• Conduct routine and preventative maintenance on crushing equipment, such as lubrication, filter changes, and component inspections, to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Execute equipment repairs, including replacing worn or damaged parts, rebuilding components, and welding or fabrication tasks, adhering to safety protocols.
• Oversee the installation and alignment of crushing equipment, ensuring proper setup and adherence to manufacturer specifications for optimal crushing efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

• has experience in maintaining crusher and knowledge about crusher operation

• Possesses relevant certifications such as welding or specific equipment maintenance certifications; related industry experience is highly valued.

• Demonstrates a minimum of 2years of hands-on experience in the maintenance and repair of crushing equipment within the mining or aggregate industry.

• Exhibits a strong understanding of crusher mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems specific to crushing equipment.
