Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive inspections on engineering systems and components to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
  • Prepare detailed inspection reports documenting findings, non-conformities, and recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and protocols during inspections to protect personnel and property.
  • Participate in quality assurance meetings and provide insights based on inspection data to promote continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes that impact inspection processes and standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, certifications, and compliance documents for audit readiness.
  • Immediate joiners are highly preferred. This is an urgent hiring requirement.


Candidates who can join immediately or on short notice will be given preference.


Skills

  • Diploma or Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Mandatory certification of the following:

CSWIP 3.1

BGAS Grade 2 or NACE Level 2

ASNT NDT Level II (MT, PT, UT, RT)

  • Strong knowledge of ASME and ASTM standards.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Mechanical QA/QC roles.
  • Third-party inspection experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Skilled in interpreting engineering drawings, sketches, and specifications.
  • Familiarity with measuring and testing equipment, as well as standard QA/QC tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate effectively and provide practical solutions.
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
