Role Description The Business Setup Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The advisor will guide clients through the end-to-end process of establishing businesses in the UAE, including selecting legal structures, preparing documentation, coordinating with governmental and regulatory authorities, and overseeing licensing and approvals. Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their business goals, advising on free zone and mainland options, managing application submissions, and tracking progress to ensure timely completion. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of UAE business regulations, building strong client relationships, preparing clear proposals and reports, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless service. The advisor is expected to provide professional, client-centered support and contribute to continuous improvement of business setup processes. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong advisory and consulting skills, including client relationship management, needs assessment, and solution-oriented thinking. Candidates should possess knowledge of UAE business setup procedures, company formation options (mainland, free zone, offshore), and relevant regulatory and government processes. Candidates should possess solid communication skills, including clear spoken and written English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage. Candidates should possess organizational and administrative skills, including document preparation, data accuracy, and efficient handling of multiple client files. Candidates should possess problem-solving and analytical skills to address setup challenges, interpret regulations, and recommend practical solutions. Relevant experience in business setup, corporate services, government services, or a similar client-facing role in the UAE is highly beneficial.
