Strategic Support Team Member - UAEN - Abu Dhabi
Job purpose: Provides analytical and content development support across Executive Advisory, ensuring leadership receives structured, evidence-based materials in a timely manner. The role translates leadership asks into clear analyses and supports the production of decision ready briefs under tight timelines.
Core Responsibilities Execute research and structured analysis to support Executive Advisory requests (Leadership office) meeting briefing, Directives/Leadership Submissions quality assurance, reactive strategic support requests, proactive studies) Draft slides, briefing packs, decision notes, models, talking points and any other required collateral, to support delivery of Executive Advisory requests in line with quality standards set by Director of Leadership Office, Stream Lead and Manager Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders (incl. other government entities, private sector stakeholders or vendors) to delivery Executive Advisory requests Maintain updated trackers and documentation for assigned requests, in line with Leadership Office standard processes; provide visibility on status of active requests to Director of Leadership Office, Stream Lead or Manager as requested Conduct active research to identify relevant sector emerging trends and assess organization materials and strategies to propose potential proactive studies.
Key Requirement:4 to 6 years in management consulting, government or corporate strategy or research environments Strong analytical structuring and story lining skills Strong Power Point and Excel skills; ability to produce well-structured slides, charts, and executive summaries Good research and synthesis discipline Ability to operate on multiple priorities under tight timelines with high quality standards Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail, ownership mindset, and commitment to quality under tight timelines
