Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee all lifting operations on site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement control measures to mitigate lifting hazards before any operation begins.
- Coordinate with crane operators and rigging teams to ensure precise communication and effective execution of lifting plans.
- Evaluate and select appropriate lifting equipment based on load weight, dimensions, and site conditions to ensure safety and efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Certifications in lifting operations, such as a Lifting Supervisor Certificate or equivalent, are essential.
- At least 5 years of experience in lifting operations within construction, manufacturing, or related industries.
- Proven track record in managing lifting operations on large-scale projects, demonstrating leadership capabilities.
