الأدوار والمسؤوليات
تثبيت، تجميع، صيانة، وإصلاح صفائح BD (البار والرواد) للمكائن، والمرشدات، ومعدات التطويل المرتبطة.
أداء إعداد المرشد، محاذاة الوقوف، تغيير البكرات، وتعديلات المعدات لضمان عمليات تمديد فعالة.
تنفيذ صيانة وقائية وتصحيحية على صفائح BD وأنظمة المرشد.
فحص مكونات المطحنة للتآكل وتوصية الاستبدالات لتقليل فترات توقف الإنتاج.
التنسيق مع فرق الإنتاج والصيانة أثناء تغييرات المطحنة ووقوع الأعطال.
الملف المرشح المطلوب
خبرة لا تقل عن 3–5 سنوات كـ مثبت وموجه BD Mill Stand & Guide في مطحنة للصلب.
خبرة عملية قوية مع صفائح BD للمطحنة، إعداد المرشد، المحاذاة، تغيير البكرات، والصيانة.
مهارات جيدة في استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها مع معدات المطحنة الميكانيكية.
المُلتحقون فوراً أو المرشحون المتاحون بإشعار قصير مفضلون.
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Install, assemble, maintain, and repair BD (Bar & Rod) Mill Stands, Guides, and associated rolling mill equipment.
Perform guide setting, stand alignment, roll changes, and equipment adjustments to ensure efficient rolling operations.
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on BD mill stands and guide systems.
Inspect mill components for wear and recommend replacements to minimize production downtime.
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams during mill changeovers and breakdowns.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a BD Mill Stand & Guide Fitter in a steel rolling mill.
Strong hands-on experience with BD mill stands, guide setting, alignment, roll changing, and maintenance.
Good troubleshooting skills with rolling mill mechanical equipment.
Immediate joiners or candidates available on short notice are preferred.
