Roles & Responsibilities

  • Accurately record and track employee work hours, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies to prevent payroll discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with department heads to validate timecards and resolve any discrepancies before payroll processing.
  • Utilize timekeeping software to generate reports that analyze attendance trends, overtime, and employee productivity metrics.
  • Maintain meticulous records of leave requests, sick days, and vacation time, providing detailed reports to HR as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • 2-4 years of experience in timekeeping or payroll processing, with a proven track record of managing time-sensitive data.

  • Experience in Manpower Supply/Outsourcing/Facility Management industries.
