The required technical competencies and proficiency levels for this role are as follows:
Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations, Strategic Planning, Business Administration, Public Administration, Quality Management, or related fields, with a minimum of 14 years of relevant experience, including at least 7 years in supervisory roles.
Master’s Degree in International Relations, Strategic Planning, Business Administration, Public Administration, Quality Management, or related fields, with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years in supervisory roles.
