Experience as a Senior Commercial Officer / Commercial Officer
Strong knowledge of contracts, procurement, and commercial operations
Experience in tendering, cost control, budgeting, and vendor management
Ability to prepare commercial reports, analyses, and contract documentation
Experience in Facilities Management, Property Management, or Construction industry
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Desired Candidate Profile
Experienced commercial professional with 5+ years in Facilities Management, strong knowledge of contracts, tendering, cost control, and vendor management, with excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
